“ Signing a contract for the implementation of the infrastructure in the "Al-Shorouk" scheme in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah ”
Al Rawaf Trading and Contracting Company signed a contract with the Ministry of Housing, represented by the Agency for Lands and Technical Affairs, to implement infrastructure works in the "Al-Shorouk" scheme located on King Abdulaziz Road in Madinah, with a total value exceeding 237 million riyals, to provide 3404 residential plots of land, with an average of 400 square meters per land. In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, during his inspection visit to the housing projects in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. The contract signed by the Ministry, Assistant Undersecretary for Land and Technical Affairs, Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, with Projects Manager at Al-Rawaf Company, Eng. Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Rawaf, includes the development of infrastructure works in the "Al-Shorouk" scheme in Medina, which extends over an area of 4,669,811 square meters. This comes within the framework of effective cooperation between the Ministry and the private sector, to provide the best services within multiple options commensurate with the needs and desires of citizens, and with the quality required to raise the rates of ownership of Saudi families. The Ministry of Housing affirmed its keenness on fruitful cooperation with the private sector in a way that contributes to achieving the goals and facilitating the ownership journey for citizens, thus raising the percentage of homeownership to 70% by 2030, in accordance with the objectives of the housing program - one of the programs to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030 -, noting its continuous follow-up. To implement all housing projects, complete infrastructure works, and continue preparing for other projects.
