In a new step that strengthens its regional presence in the infrastructure sector, Alrawaf Contracting has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sarooj Construction Company in the Sultanate of Oman to execute the Adam–Thumrait Road Dualization Project.
Spanning 132.5 kilometers, the project represents a significant addition to Alrawaf’s growing portfolio of strategic infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond.

The Adam–Thumrait road is a strategic route within Oman’s road network, and its development aims to enhance connectivity, improve road efficiency, and contribute to higher standards of road safety and mobility across the region.
Delivering Critical Infrastructure
The project includes the construction of a new dual carriageway with two lanes in each direction, alongside essential infrastructure and road safety works.
The scope includes drainage structures, U-turn lanes, an overpass, vehicle parking areas, emergency openings, road safety systems, and rehabilitation works for sections of the existing road.
The project is scheduled for completion within 36 months, reflecting the scale and strategic importance of the development.
